Dan Christensen is a seasoned trial attorney with over three decades of legal experience, beginning with his distinguished service in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Since transitioning to private practice, Dan has devoted his career exclusively to representing injury victims in Texas and beyond. Known for his courtroom strength and strategic litigation skills, Dan offers aggressive representation backed by hundreds of trial experiences in both federal and state courts.

Dan earned his law degree with distinction from the University of Iowa in 1994. His early military experience sharpened his legal acumen under strict procedural conditions, which he now leverages in complex personal injury and truck accident litigation.

Dan has led nearly 200 trials in his career, consistently going up against powerful defendants including government entities and major insurance companies.
