Douglas M. Carson

Mr. Carson brings decades of legal experience to clients across Arkansas, with a practice spanning personal injury, commercial litigation, employment disputes, and more. Known for his sharp legal mind and courtroom skill, he has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in EEOC proceedings and workers' compensation hearings.

He earned both his B.A. (1979) and Juris Doctorate (1982) from the University of Arkansas. During law school, he served as Student Works Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and was selected as one of three members of the National Moot Court Team. In addition to his practice, he has taught as the Director of Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy at the University of Arkansas School of Law and regularly presents at professional legal seminars.
