Fred Schultz

Fred grew up in rural Indiana and was inspired by his uncle, a small-town lawyer who made a big impact on the community. He pursued his passion for advocacy and graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1996. Fred began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney with the Greene County Prosecutor's Office, later joining Nunn & Greene Law Office. In 2005, he co-founded Greene & Schultz with Betsy Greene, focusing on helping those seriously injured by negligence, including truck accidents.

Fred brings decades of trial experience in both state and federal courts and is deeply committed to the principles of justice and ethical representation.
