Mr. Hermes is a seasoned trial attorney based in Newport Beach with a strong foundation in business, accounting, and real estate. A native of Orange County, he brings a well-rounded perspective to personal injury and civil litigation cases. With years of courtroom and negotiation experience, Mr. Hermes handles every phase of litigation—from pre-litigation through trial and appeal—with precision and dedication.

After serving as managing partner at Knypstra Hermes & Zermeno LLP for 8 years, Mr. Hermes launched his own firm to deliver more personalized and focused legal representation. His practice is built on integrity, preparation, and achieving meaningful outcomes for his clients.

Mr. Hermes earned his B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara in 2006 and worked as a real estate accountant before entering law. He later graduated summa cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2013, where he served as Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Review and earned a Legal Writing Certificate.

He is admitted to practice in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
