Born and raised in California, Phil earned his degree in History from UCLA and his J.D. from USC Law, where he served as Senior Content Editor for the Review of Law and Social Justice. With years of experience at one of California’s largest personal injury firms, Phil brings sharp strategy and deep empathy to every case he handles.

His passion for justice led him to launch Younglove Law Group, a client-first practice known for tackling complex cases—especially insurance bad faith claims that other firms avoid.

Phil is also a seasoned motorcyclist, giving him unique insight when representing fellow riders. He even personally handled his own motorcycle accident case, bringing firsthand understanding to his legal strategy and client care.
